This means it must be unused, unworn, and packed inside its original KitchenHavio packaging with all protective wraps and tags intact. You will also need to provide your official receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to get a different color, size, or kitchen product is to return the original approved item for a standard refund. Once the return is finalized, you can independently place a separate, fresh purchase for the new item on our store.
Receiving your refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package, we will email you a notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment card or gateway within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the funds to your account balance.
